Thanks for all the input guys. The barrel is 9 twist. As recommended, I have changed primers and bullets. I am seeing better results with 150 eld's and have shot these with both 4831SC and RL 22. ES is now coming down to single digit which is what I was after. Going to continue to play with...

Take a look at TS Customs. I bought a 6.5 PRC that he built and it is the absolute best rifle I’ve ever owned or shot. Will be buying another custom from him for sure.
