Cat I have and do work up loads for all my rifles,but the Hornady factory 55gr V-max fodder shoots VERY well in my stick,but we have a bad supply over here so i wanted to duplicate the load.

Anyone know what powder Hornady uses in their .22-250 and .22 Hornet ammo???? The powder in the .22-250 looks like Varget but i would like to know forsure. Chris

My Steyr SSG .22-250 has a 1-12 twist and shoots 69 gr Sierra match kings well out to past 500 yrds,with a 41 gr load of N160 it i doing 3540 fps.

The pic below is a total of 50 shots The shots were fired from a clean barrel at the start and not cleaned at all until after the 50 shots,the 3 shots high and left just off the main group are A-Max/H380 the other 47 are Berger 52/H380.So i am pretty happy with that the 50 shots were fired over...
