Also, you might want to change out the screws. They could be starting to pull on the threads which give way for vibration to loosen the torque. Once the threads start to stretch they are not dependable, and loosen easily.

I agree the vortex razor HD LHT HSR-5i reticle, illuminated. 3-15 x 42mm, $1000 range. Vortex has the Best warranty on the market, hands down.

Have you tried just going back to off the shelf loads, say like federal premium? Just to make sure it's not a part of your reloading tools?
