I shoot a Rem 700 Varmint Special that I got in 1978. I use a 75 gr. Hornady V-Max bullets with IMR 4831. I have tryed other powders but IMR 4831 is a great powder for the 25-06
I have been shooting a Remington 700 Varmint Special in 25-06 since 1978. I just use it for ground squirrels and coyotes. I have seen coyotes just drop in their tracks when they get hit with the 25.
I have a Remington Mod. 700 Varmint Special that I got in 1976. I shoot a 75 gr. Hornady V-Max bullet. The best powder that works in my gun is IMR 4831. I just use my 25-06 for shooting squirrels and coyotes. Coyotes don't spin or run off, they just drop dead in there tracks.
One of my varmint rifles is a Remington 700 Varmint Special that I got back in 1978. I only shoot a 75 Gr. Hornady V-MAX with 54 Gr. of IMR 4831. Very accurate, works great on coyotes and squirrels.
