    Purchased this scope, sent funds certified usps, scope never received. Upon email he responded his kid dropped it and was going to return the funds. The new tracking number he emailed was to an address back in his town. Will not respond to pm's or emails. Anyone have any ideas?

    Cooper Supports Obama...
