Drill / tap primer pocket- 1/4x20. Get a deep 1/2” drive socket next thread (a long enough)
1/4x20 hex head bolt through a fender washer, deep socket. Tighten screw slowly.

May I suggest….get on youtube and search for Ultimate Reloader, search for LE Wilson case gauge depth micrometer.
After that one look for rcbs P-mic. This should explain things for you. HTH
FWIW….I reload for Across the Course matches. 100 rounds.
After about 50 pieces I pull the die out, decaping stem then soak in mineral spirits. Cut the top off a empty laundry detergent bottle. Swab out with patches. I use the Frankford Arsenal lube. Works good! Resetting the die I leave...
I had a buddy that had a .240 Rhyne. I recall it being a 7mmMag case necked to 24 caliber. It went somewhere in the neighborhood of 3500 - 4000 fps.?
Only thing 100 rounds later that barrel was toast.
