    7prc > 7rm ??

It comes down to what is defined as “Better”. The 7PRC was designed to take advantage of the heavier high BC bullets that were not available in 1962. Most factory 7RM rifles are too slow of twist to take advantage of those bullets. It’s simply the evolution of bullet development that demanded...

Every time I get a new iPhone it’s on my backup data. I update from my backup and Strelok is always there. Try the Knights Armament Bullet Flight app. It’s my go to.

ATF sure taking their good sweet time!

There is no rhyme or reason to the time frames. Here are the last two I received back. Both buyers were LEO… that never helps either. One 9 months the other 6 months. It’s crazy.

ATF sure taking their good sweet time!

Here is where you can check the average times. https://www.atf.gov/resource-center/current-processing-times It’s usually pretty accurate, just remember that’s an Average. Some faster and some slower. Just got back an EForm 4 I did for a customer from August 30, 2022. Seems like 8 months is...

Why so many Trigger Tech triggers for sale?

Bolt release. Not safety. Huge different in the two. Please don’t get them mixed up. That’s dangerous.

Why so many Trigger Tech triggers for sale?

The triggers aren’t bad but the bolt release on the ones for a Remington 700 SUCKS! It so flimsy it’s almost impossible to get reliable operation. I’d take a Walker trigger every day over a Triger tech. My go to is a Jewell. 100% operation, 100% of the time.

    Removing a Rem. Barrel

I do that for clients who have the pinned and welded muzzle device in order to install suppressor adapters. That’s the quickest and easiest way to do that. Then pin and Tig and all done. Wow this thread sure went off the rails. But it makes the point. Trying to remove a barrel without the...

    Removing a Rem. Barrel

I’m not sure if it’s the same. Never used the other. This is a super fine powder. Once it’s compressed between the barrel and bushing it’s does harden up a bit, but not sticky.

    Removing a Rem. Barrel

The Brownells action wrench is what I use too. This might help explain how it works. The 700 front action screw hole indexes the action in the wrench head. Then it has a recess milled to hold a parallel side recoil lug. Doesn’t work worth a crap for tapered recoil lugs. Side note. Always remove...
