My suggestion is to get a good beam scale for double checking of powder loads
Always double check especially when starting out

From your last photos I think I can see evidence of stress fractures over time.
The split faces of the action should all be a single bright steel color if the failure occurred in one horrendous pressure event.
The pics seem to me to show very dark patches...

I came across the camera below researching the same thing.
It has Time lapse mode which will take a photo at a time setting of your choice (30secs up) without requiring movement detection

I have a 6.5 Creedmoor and am loading 143 ELD-x and 140 ELD-M using RL26
I have found a lot of data posted here from QL for the 143 eldx and 147 eldm
Could I beg a favour from the QL...
