    March Scopes, Tough Enough?

I was deleted as well... All but one post I believe. That thread sticks in My craw. Lost a lot of faith in said forum that day. Kahles & March scopes rank at the very top of the industry both in toughness and quality. this has been proven.

Yeah, when you get into strictly and 1-2 mile Rig, I'd be looking beyond any of these scopes. The march 10-60 was and is a 1000yd benchrest scope. A very good one and very popular. Out to 2 miles, I have no double you'll lack some clarity. Enter the March Genesis...

In my rifle with a 27" Benchmark, it only takes 96.7gr of RL26 to hit 2810fps, which is My elk hunting load. There's tons of room left there for more, even with the relatively fast for case size, RL26 magic dust. What a wonderful powder!! very versatile. If I used Retumbo, RL33 and N570...

I use a March 2.5-25x40 Tactical. Outstanding scope. Light, insanely clear, tough and tracks perfect. No regrets. My next rifle will have the same only in 52mm obj.. In my experience with any high(20x+) vari-power scope you can run into some eye box issues. Not that's there's anything...

I agree. The 375 RUM +P chamber from Shawn Carlock will get you past a mile with 350gr SMK's, the velocity you're looking for and no fire forming or custom dies. I can easily get 2800fps+ with my 27" Benchmark. Use a Wyatts box. A drop tube for the powder charge when going over 101gr. makes...

    375 RUM Build

Finding peak pressure for the 375 RUM +P is going to have everything to do with which bullet you decide to go with. In my 375 RUM+P I found the 350gr SMK to hit that mark faster than the 329 Hammers. My opinion and in speaking directly to Sierra about this subject, that has to do with the jacket...

    375 RUM Build

I had Shawn at Defensive Edge build a 375 RUM +P with a 27” #7 Benchmark Barrel a few years back. Rem 700 action Wyatt’s center feed box w/ Remington floor plate . I can seat 350gr SMK’s .005” off, OAL 4.1” and fit in the magazine. The 329gr Hammer Hunter it what I’m playing with now...
