Honestly, buy whatever fits your budget and train, train, train. The military uses the lowest bidder and those rifles keep functioning somehow (mine were all FN stamped). You don’t need a noveske, seekins, Daniel defense, etc... to get the job done.

I’ve had my Grendel for six years now. I’ve shot several hundred rounds a year with it and had zero issues.

What does it do that the Grendel can’t?

Small 3 point. Roughly 75 yards. 308 win 168 VLDH going 2820fps. Buck ran 20 yards

I started out on a Thompson Center break action single shot in 308 around that age. Wasn’t a paper puncher, but, I never missed while head shooting pigs and does. Either one will be great.

Go with a 6.5 Grendel. I love mine. Factory hornady black shoots 3/4 MOA in mine. Low recoil. Great little round.

I agree. If you post your load data on this forum, or any forum, it’s on the individual reloader to work up their own Loads. This mindset of blaming other for your own mistakes needs to stop.

I get 2690 with Hornady precision factory stuff out of my 24” barrel

I have a CZ-75 SP-01 and it is a dream to shoot (it’s stock). Can’t imagine how nice this one is.
