2006 I bought a model 70 synthetic stock, does not have hinged floor plate, stainless barrel, using Simmons ATV 4-14 scope. I have used laser bore sighter, shooting Federal 130 Vital Shock. 100 yards. I cannot tell if it is the gun or the scope. Need some exerienced hands if anyone out there is...
