I ordered a Magnus S RR BA 338 to use on 300NMI and a future 338 build. I am hoping the RR makes a suppressed 338 hunting rifle possible.

2900fps out of 28" doesn’t seem slow especially if it speeds up...I have a Lapua improved running 300 Berger at 3100fps out of 32" barrel with N570, but that is 4" more barrel!....13lbs seems like a perfect compromise for that round in a hunting rifle...any lighter and it would be a hot mess
