I have a set of the Sound Gear ear buds in the Industrial version. They work good but I think I want the Hunting version for a little more amplification. My hearing is down a notch and I struggle to hear sounds like coyotes howling in the distance. I think the Hunting version would help me...
I have always mounted my scopes to my rifles by leveling the action and then using a plumb bob to get the crosshair lined up. Has always worked for me. I just got a Vortex PST and want to be able to dial shots with it. I mounted it per Vortex instructions, level the action and then level the...
My Savage liked the action screws to be a quarter turn past snug. I do not have a torque wrench yet. The Savage accutrigger mods were simple for me after researching it on line.

Got a new 300 WSM and have worked up a nice load but used up my powder doing so. Anyone in the Montana area have any extra Alliant Reloder 17??? Thanks
Why did you pick the SFP over the FFP?? I think that the FFP is perfect for a hunting rig. All my Leupolds are SFP and this will be my first FFP scope but it just seems like a great idea for a guy who may not have time to dial or is set on low power and has game make a sudden move where hold...
