If you are hunting in “dense woods”why on earth would you need sub MOA out to 500 yards?

Take John 264s advice. The 7 Mag is great for long-range hunting AND you can buy ammo for it off the shelf just about anywhere. If you get away from home and something happens to your ammo your rifle will not be crippled and your hunt will be saved.
