That 7mm mag will do the job. Espwcially with good shot placement.

All of the Ruger bolt guns I have ever shot were accurate. Some however had triggers that needed help. My KM77VT has a great 2 stage trigger and is super accurate. I know at least Timney offers a nice replacement trigger for a Ruger. There may be others!!!

Yes I know of Forbes. They are almost impossible to join. I never get calls back from the people that run it. I would like to join because it is only 1.5Hrs. from my house. About the 10th keep me posted if you have permission I may be able to go. I need to test my new bench gun out for long range.

I have only used the 6-20x56 model with mildots. It is the older one with the adjustable objective being on the barrel. I like it alot and will be in the market to try the newer 6-20 that has the side focus.

I had zero problems returning to zero with Warne Quick release rings. I thought they were amazing considering they went right back to zero at 1000yds!!!

I shoot a Ruger KM77VT in 25-06. It is truly a great rifle. The only modification is a KDF brake.

I have a 6724 flat top Colt. This gun has a 24" stainless barrel and shoots like a dream with me only adding a JP enterprises trigger. I hear they come with a better trigger out of the box now though!!!

You need tighter than a 1:9 to get good results. The only way I have seen anyone get good results with a 1:9 is by pushing them hard!!!

Well there Boyd I already got an education in this matter but you may be able to educate me more. Anyway hows the boogieslinger doing? I saw the barrel for one of my new guns in the lathe last week!!! Can't wait to get it!!!
