I saw others mention Igman Zavod, Konjic in Bosnia & Herzegovina (if that "22" means 2022) as the manufacturer. In the same thread on brianenos, a few posters mention that the lee decapping die has a small enough pin to remove primers.

You load pointy bullets, but can't use the tube as you might chain-fire. So you load one into the chamber and one into the tube but you get to use bullets with better BC.
