same thing happened to me with my fireball. i primed some cases after resizing, added some powder and bullets to a few and the bolt was hard to close. measured the remaining cases, some measured a little long. went through and trimmed all the cases to spec, repeated previous steps, same problem...

i shoot 115 NBT's in mine over RL22. My grouping looks very similar to yours. I can get the first two touching, #3 is just off and then look out. Mine is not floated though, Rem 700 LSS, and the forearm does touch. It also has a sporter barrel so it get hot fast. It may not not like 115's in...
