Anyone tried the 165 Accubond LR in their 270wsm?
I am currently using the Matrix 165 and it shoots pretty well but would like to try a bullet that might stay together a little better than the matrix.
I almost think that they only put out so many pounds periodically and when it's gone they don't restock that day???
I say that because every time i do find some there, it's only a few pounds on the shelf, I could be wrong though???
Keep checking, maybe earlier in the day???
Yeah, I was there last week and they were out, then I went there Sunday on my way home from shooting and they had several pounds and bought 2lbs. They limit you to 2lbs otherwise I would have bought a few.
Well, I haven't made up my mind yet! I think I have it narrowed down thought, Either the G72500 or the SigSauer3000bdx unless I decide to hold out for a pair of Leica Geovid 10 x 42 3200.COM.
I was almost ready to pull the trigger on something and ended up buying a washer and dryer:rolleyes:
The best load that I have had for my 270wsm has been with Retumbo. I've worked up a decent load with H1000 but the Retumbo load did a little better. Well I've got it on my wishlist at a couple of places, I'll just have to jump when they say jump!!
I am thinking about upgrading my Leica 1600b.
Recently had my hands on the Gunwerks G7 and found that having the solver in the range finder very handy and quick.
I am thinking about upgrading to one of those options. Would really like to go to a binocular model of some type.
The leica seem to...
