I got a Vanguard in 270wsm. Factory barrel with a brake and a Bell&Carlson stock and Timmeny trigger. Shoots .050-.075 groups with 140 gr Accubonds handloads. Only 3,000 fps but groups decent. It's not light, but its a good poor man's long range gun for the money

I have 2 Cabelas Covenets 1 4x16 and the other 5x25 both ffp 30 mm in MOA version. Have the 4x16 on a 6.5 man bun hunted in Single digit weather at 10,000' I don't dial the turret I just shoot the retical. No issues going on 4 to 5 years now. Pretty hard to beat for $250-$300
Rl22 or H1000 and 200 gr. Accubonds are money. Haven't saw a Win Mag that doesn't like the combo. Mine is a factory gun, with a bedded stock and aTimmeny trigger. Nothing special 1-10" twist. shoots just under an 1" at 200 yds.

You have one of the best bolt actions ever made. I would take the factory stock off and invest in a quality aftermarket stock do a little trigger work and be done. It's a hunting rifle not a bench gun and a aftermarket stock and recoil pad will reduce felt recoil substantially. This will be...
Going on 20 plus years on our 2 bravo 15'x15' tents still like new. Got another new one from John last year an 18'x24'. What ever you buy get one that has d-rings for tie offs and not gromets. Also doors on both ends are nice only a matter of time before someone smokes out the tent with the wood...
