The P-17 and P-14 actions are what A-square builds their Hannibal rifles on. They are chambered in .577 Tyrannosaur. They are VERY strong actions. Many a .338 Lapua has been built on them.

I built my custom on a Mark V. It is in the pictures section. It did take quite awhile to get the lugs all lapped, but I'm quite happy with the result.

A friend of mine shoots an A-bolt in .300 win. Heavy S.S barrel, Muzzle brake, Nightforce 5.5-22 and I've seen a few 4" groups at 700 yds. He put a spring kit in the trigger to get the pull weight down.

The stock was made from a piece of Eucalyptus leftover from a job we did a couple of years ago. I think the figure is very striking, it's quite heavy though. Rifle weighs just over 13 lbs.
