25-50fps is what is expected (per inch) velocity loss.. so your 185fps loss is right there.. You've discovered some great information,, regarding the faster powder velocity.. Thanks for sharing this!

Have you tried unscrewing the cap of the die such that only 1/4 of your neck is sized? This is how top benchrest shooters set up. what kind of grouping are you getting with proper load development... ie have you shot anyway? it might be that it shoots well as is??

i built a bunch of rifles when I was shooting benchrest & of about 25 barrels I only had one that would put "cold" shot right with 2nd -5th.. I beleive your just plain lucky when you get one of these (mine was a true hummer in truest sense). Now cold bore for a sniper, i don't know how close...

If you are loading for single round loading, adjust the neck bushing die such that it sizes only 1/4 of the neck, (this is common among winning benchrest shooters reloading). It is plenty to hold the bullet and most likely won't bend the neck... if you have "runout" before the reloading...
