After many calls with hold times between one hour and three, SP agreed today to swap out my LinkS cameras for their new Flex cameras. My expectations are very low, but I have months left on my subscription so I have nothing to lose other than patience.

SP has in the past updated the firm-wear remotely, which takes a long time and can also be done by plugging the camera into a laptop. In any event, I am done with SP.

I have six SpyPoint cameras on my hunting lease. Five are four years old; one is a year old. None of the cameras dependably transmit pictures through cell service. Currently, none of the cameras are transmitting pictures. Calling SpyPoint’s customer service is terribly frustrating and useless...

I like all of ARC’s products. Top quality. I have the older version of the rings and mounts on a custom build 300 WM and recently ordered the M-Brace for a new rifle that I am building.
