So having been out of sugary for 5 weeks the recoil will not damage rotator ? My DR. has me not taking my elbow off my side for 6 weeks then rubber band exercises on my own. Went In for spur & calcium deposits,3 week recovery was found. That extended recovery to 10-12 weeks.

Have a brand new box of Berger VLD Hunting 7mm 180 gr. 659 BC My gun is a 1/10 twist and don't want to waste a un opened box . Already have 168's looking to trade for some quality 160's or 150's

Does that mean bullet will not stablize , bad accuracy? Already ordered 180's but my brother has some 168 bergers for me to try also.

I was told by a few people on this site stop cleaning and just shoot . Your gun will tell you when it needs cleaning, by groups opening up and that should be at 75-125 rounds. I would clean every 5-7 rds also . I have not cleaned my gun for about 60 rnds now and still punch a 3'' group at 600yrds
