Best longrange hunting bullet for 7mm mag?
Yea , I am alittle concerned about sectional density with the 162 Amax. I want to use the highest coefficiat HUNTING bullet available. My intension are using this for elk at ranges up to 1000 yrds.- elevenpt

8mm Remington Magnum
It sounds like we finally found some 8mm Mags fans. I have a model 700 BDL. Had a muzzelbrake installed and some trigger work done and it runs fine. The best combo I have found for my particular use is: 220 gr Gamekings,79 gr H4831.Seems to do fine up to 800-900 yrds. I think there are better... -
