I would like to shoot my .223 out to 1k.has any one tried the berger 70 vld 75 vld and 75 amax with any luck.Im shooting a stock savage with 1in9 twist.If so gould you post some of your loads and how well it shot at that distance?I'm just shooting at steel targets not hunting.thanks ed

I live in groveland south of Rochester.My brother-in-law and I are going to shoot at 600yrds with the 223 tomorrow.As we improve we want to move out to 1000.The farm I shoot at is nice and flat and I believe It's possible to shoot out to 1200yrds. Mabey we can get together for a shoot.:D
