I think there is also a range that you can become a member at there in Rocker too. Think you can get to 600 yards there.

I grew up in Butte. Like Bounty hunter said you can shoot as far as you want by driving in any direction for 30 minutes. When I visit, my friends and I still go up in the hills north of Rocker. 5 minute drive from highway and you can get plus 1000 yard shots.

I have noticed accuracy is better using Lapua brass over Hornady and Nossler as well.

Take this with a grain of salt man. We would wait 10 minutes in the army between shots to simulate cold bore. It made for some very long days at range. I don't pay too much attention to temp of my barrel (heavy barrel) but I do make sure that if I clean I foul my barrel with 2 to 3 rounds before...

I reloaded for that rifle chambered in 28 Nosler and was impressed. We used 185 Bergers with good results. I think Berger just came out with a 150 grain hunting projectile with great BCs. If you can get that to work it will buck wind as good as a .338 LM. I have a friend that competes in PRS...

Very true some flat spots are not accurate but find one that is or tune one and it will work well at a grand and beyond. Low SDs low vertical dispersion at range. Satterlee thank you, forgot his name. Dude knows what he's talking about.
