I have a Remington Sendero with a Vortex Viper PST mounted on it. I used a Badger 20 MOA base with TPS steel low rings. If I had it all to do over again I would have gone with a cheaper base (possibly TPS). For the money TPS is hard to beat (I paid $77 for the pair).

I have the same press, and it has serviced me well for many years. I have the same reloading books, and both are great. My only suggestion is to get the Sierra book. It seems to me that there are more loads for heavier bullets, and this manual is also in a three ring binder format which is easy...
