    H4350 substitute

Are use accurate 4350 with very good results. Of course they’re not identical so you will work up your load by reducing charge weight. But certainly in the ballpark.

    25-06 mods complete

I have the exact same rifle and have had good luck with Accurate 4350 (XMR) behind the Hornady 75gr and Speer TNT 87gr. Sub half MOA groups like the one you posted above. Good luck!

    260 Savage Striker

As a Savage, it is rather easy to switch out barrels. I ordered several different short action calibers from McGowen Precision in Kalispell, MT. for mine. They make Striker contour replacements in your choice of caliber, twist rates, and barrel length. I have 22-250 9" twist 17" long, 243 Win...

Dialing a bullet to powder to barrel

I Shoot the same bullet in my 7 mm 08. I think you’ll find better success with Varget. I currently use IMR 4064 with good success and have been considering switching to Varget for its temperature stability - they have similar burn rates. H380 is a ball powder and will be harder to ignite in cold...

    Fired Brass Can't be Re-Sized

I echo T3ninja. Just last week I resized over 200 Lake City 7.62 that I KNOW was fired out of an M60 (machine gun) because my crewman pulled the trigger over 25 years ago - I have a 5 gal bucket, I am working my way through. I use standard RCBS 308 dies and Hornaday resizing wax. It takes just...

    .280 or 6.5x284 for elk

I echo others, my Rem 700 280 gets 160gr Partitions up to 2850 fps muzzle velocity chrographed. Agree with Rick R. - some time ago I worked up loads for an elk hunt in the 280 and a 300 Win mag, ended taking the 280 because it was lighter and more weather resistant despite the down range energy...

    7-08 loads, New Bergara Ridge

For what it’s worth, I worked up my first set of loads for my T3 in 7-08 last month: Horn 139gr BT ahead of 40gr IMR-4064, Fed 210M. Sub-MOA groups. No chrono data, but I took it up to 42gr and groups opened up. Good luck.
