I would go tikka. My 338wm shoots 1/2 MOA on 200yr. Not too expensive and with the good scope should stop anything up to 500.

3moa @ 1000 yards is 30x30 inch if Im not wrong. That would miss.

Yeah, im new, different, but just wanted to say that despite all caution a lemon barrell sneaks through from time to time.

Long story short: bought 2 months ago, tried 7 different factory ammo, checked every possibility, could not group better than 2.5 inch, sent gun back, gun FAILED THEIR accuracy test, new barrel fitted along with my muzzle brake and scope, received 2 days ago. No time to go rifle range any time...
