Any from the 25.06 up will be more than enough. A friend's son used my Weatherby in .243 Winchester using 80 grain Barnes TSX to kill a pig well over 300 lbs, though it was a close shot. Same friend shot a 200 lbs. pig at 100 yards with 6.5 Creedmore, again using a Barnes TSX.
