    Hornady A-max 168gr.

    Been using the 155gr A-Max bullets (3330fps)for a couple years now in my 300 WinMag.Devastating is a good word for it. Works like a charm on the smallish Southern Whitetails.

    Best Action to build light custom gun

    I really like the Titanium action. They generally are quite true and square so they don't need bleuprinting. I use Mickey Coleman in Greenville,AL for all my barrel work and would just send the action to him. Good luck...

    Who is hunting with the A-Max?

    Shot a few Whitetails last season with the 155gr A-Max/300 WM combo and they all dropped @ the shot. Really like the combo and I'm now thinking about trying a few 162's out of my 7mm-08 this coming fall. Anyone think they'll open up good with such a smaller case?
