Nice looking rifle! When I noticed you asking price I felt you were on par with the unsold listings though. 12fv- $300, stock $200, bottom metal $150. Then add in shipping and I think that is the top value, but hey, that’s just my opinion. GLWS.

I tighten to 20” lbs, even 18” sometimes and never had an issue. Maybe try cleaning the scope tube real good with some alcohol, the rings as well.

I have been looking for the same type scope for an AR. My budget is the $300 range and so far the Athlon Talos 4x14 BTR is the leader. Hard to find a good mil reticle scope with IR and not 30+oz in my budget. Hopefully you will have more choices with the more than double budget.
