    UPDATE - carpal tunnel ...

Great advice. two years ago I was getting massive "electric shock" sensations down my right arm after I would place it under heavy load. It turned out I had a Ulnar Nerve issues at my wrist due to narrowing. The nerve conduction test proved this and also showed early stage of carpal tunnel...

    Crimping

I am after experiences on bullet crimping with compressed loads. I am working up loads for a new Stalking rifle, 8X57Mauser and both 2208 and 2209 go to 100% case capacity and beyond. Firstly I noticed a difference in seating depth across the different loads, obviously due to the different...

    ADA is anti LRH

BB I see what you are saying above but I think it comes down to a much more fundamental human trait than power......GREED. A lot of people just aren't satisfied in facilitating the operation of a branch etc for the benefits of the members or helping others, they want everything. You see it in...

Leveling the Scope Reticle for Long Range Rifles

Bruce some feedback. Shot the Howa today and it went well. Will post up a thread during the week. So firstly, both me and my mate , who is a very accomplished shooter, both thought we were holding the rifle level but alas, no, not according to the ACD. On setup the rifle was...

Leveling the Scope Reticle for Long Range Rifles

Ok so some comment and questions from down under. Firstly with reference to previous comments to Thomas Haugland's video. I rate myself able to judge level pretty **** well. Now I will qualify that statement in saying that I wont attempt a challenge of it through a scope but in other trades...

    ADA is anti LRH

Topshot What I consider long range is likely not what many of you guys consider long range. But I shoot within my abilities and continue to push the boundaries of my limits so they slowly extend. Why I am here then? Because there is a lot of useful info and varied opinions. Those that choose...

    Barnes TTSX vs Nosler Accubonds

For me the cost of the pill is irrelevant. The amount I spend on fuel etc to have a good shot and not have the bullet do its job on a great animal would be disappointing. The Nosler Accubond is a great pill and very accurate albeit a bit softer than the TTSX. My brother uses 140 grain ABs in...

    New VX-6 Thoughts???

Gidday fellas. My brother has the VX6 in 2-12 and it is very nice to look through. The only opportunity I have had to compare it with anything is side by side with a Vortex Mountain Recon 20X spotter and I could clearly make out more fine detail with the VX6 on 12 than than the Recon on 20.
