162 gr hornandy bt, 61 gr IMR 4831, CCI mag primer, RP case slower than a 140 but the good BC shoots fairly flat. Accurate as well shot out of a browning abolt. Fairly cheap bullets that have worked well on deer/elk.

Agree with the problems they have with settling. Its frustrating burning ammo and have the point of impact changing without touching the dial. I have tried to correct it by overshhoting the adjustment back and forth before settling on the spot but still...
Be careful turning that little screw on the back of the trigger, the heads break off easy. You won't break it as long as you don't get rammy. Speaking from experience here.
You usually can't get the trigger set low enough with the adjustment alone but installing the light spring from the timiney...
I have an abolt that won't take full length resized brass from my RCBS dies even though those same shells fit other 7 mm mags no problem. I tryed to keep the brass separate between guns but eventually broke down and bought the RCBS small base die set and problem solved, the newly sized shells...
I have the same set up and the accuracy improved when I put a new Timney trigger spring kit in. Browning has a brutal trigger that wasn't adjustable low enough for my liking. I estimate it near 2-3 lbs now and I love it. Its one thing for the gun to group but its another to have it go off when...
