I agree completely, i doubt ill buy one bullet and have that be the magic set up for the gun..but the previous owner shot the remington 150s.. Not sure if accutip or scirocco but had great accuracy from what he said so im going to start there and see where it takes me

Thanks man I appreciate it!. I will check out georgia arms, I have never heard of them. I will be reloading in the next year if funds allow me to get the extra compinents, powder etc,. Just gotta get by for the time being. Right now Im between the remington 150 grain scirocco and federal 150...

I plan on trying out some heavier stuff as needed for my shooting/hunting needs..someday I would love to have a 1000 yard range to shoot, but I dont realistically see that happening anytime soon. I see somewheres in the 4-600 being a real possibility which isnt long range by the standards here...

Its only from one example, but i bought a box for my 243 and it just didnt consistantly shoot very well with it.. I can shoot rounds on top of each other with fed blue box 100 grain but it just didnt work well with that gun.. Maybe the hsm 7mm vld factory loads shoot better but ive read alot of...

I dont think ive seen a rifle that hasnt shot the cheap blue box federals into tight groups but I want to go with something a lil closer to what I will reload with.. and if the scirocco shoots good in it and puts animals down I will prolly just stick with them

Ive looked around at their offerings too.. The remington stuff is available locally so i can do a little testing easier.. But i plan to try a few options unless the sciroccos shoot awesome

Im not against vld's, i just wont have the option to reload til i have more available funds, and i the only factory options ive seen for vld is by hsm and i dont have much faith in them.. So im going to try the remington factory loaded 150 scirocco and get by for awhile until i can piece...

Im not saying i wont ever change to a diff bullet down the road but for the time being i would think the scirocco shouldwork decent.. Itll be a little while before i can afford to dive into reloading. The vld is on my list of bullets to try when i can get a range set up that the bc differences...

Has anyone tried the swift scirocco 150s in their 7mms? Ive read abd heard lots of good things about them.. They have a pretty good bc too..i am going to buy a box of the rem factory loads with them to see if they shoot in my gun and try to replicate loads if they are decent

Great tip! I wasnt aware of using magnum primers for colder weather areas..Im gonna have alot of cold deer seasons from this fall on and nobody wants to freeze all day to hear a click and no boom
