Yes, sent it back and they replaced the barrel.

Q: Getting first shot fliers, cold bore or even after 3 rounds, and I change ammo I get another first shot flier. Need help understanding. BRG3883

So I have the same issue, what did you end up with that got the group down to 1/2 MOA?
