I'd go with the .300wsm That being said, I got a 300wsm t3 & just bought a .308 t3 for short range hunting

Already have one on my T3 lite stainless 300wsm. Getting ready to buy a CTR Scout 308, going to order anther one and get my gunsmith to open it up, to fit the bull barrel.

I'm looking @ a TIKKA SCOUT myself. Already have a T3 in 300wsm, with a B&C stock on it, shoots better than I do. 5 shot touching.

As far as Base & rings, I would go with NightForce on both. Had them on the exact gun you have with a 4-16x50 Swar. Great setup. Heavy gun/setup for hunting though.

That's my way of thinking also, when I saw that they had come out with one. This is going on a hunting rifle. Pics when you get it together would be great.

Bell & Carlson has a new stock out for them. New Products Bell and Carlson Looking to upgrade the stock stock with one, what do you guys think about them? This is the only aftermarket stock that I have seen for the T3 also, that applies to hunting stocks. thanks, brian
