Just looked at my tool, it’s stamped Russ Haydon. Measured the pockets on some new Peterson brass as best I could with calipers and they averaged .2065. My tool measures .2085.

I don’t dispute your results but do you think your improvement could be attributed to case volume consistency after fireforming? That said I DO deburr and uniform, at least until I started using Peterson brass. The pockets on these are too tight for my tool.
I have #3 and I’m completely happy with it. It is accurate and repeatable. It cuts the case mouth exactly perpendicular to the body which a lot of trimmers won’t do.
