Hi. Had same issue with my 340 WBY. I ended up with a 20 moa night force rail, med rings. Mounted exactly and marked pic rail. Cut mid section out of rail and mounted with locktite. Have room on top to load and shell ejection. Have shot over 100 rounds, 4x4 truck and quad in rocky mountains...

I have owned many scopes. My top 2 scopes for hunting out to 1000 yds are NF NXS 8-32x56 and Zeiss conquest 4 6-24x50 30 mm tube. ZMOA-1. This Zeiss scope will work for you. I’m so impressed, I’m buying a second one today for my 300 WBY.
