I am enlightened! I didn't realize you could change to after market stocks with the 15i. Just out of curiosity.... why did you guys go for the 15i rather than the 15 given you are using after market AR stocks?

Do you own a TAC15 or TAC15i? The TAC15 is the model designed to be interchangeable with an AR15 lower. The TAC15i has a proprietary, integrated stock and will not simply interchange with an AR lower.

I love that scope! THAT IS the dream scope for a crossbow! I have used a few Burris scopes on rifles in the past and always found them to be nice quality, especially for the price.

I am really dying to pull the trigger (pun intended) on a TAC-15i. But, I enjoy shooting off-hand a fair amount of time. I will probably spend 75% of the time off a rest but it is important for me to be able to shoot comfortably offhand as well. I've been told the TAC is not a good crossbow for...

Thanks for the reply Len. I have seen this devise and have to admit it sure looks like a great product. I am going to play around with several scopes with ballistic reticles and see if anything pans out as weather and time permits. I'll be sure to post my findings if I find anything worth while.

I don't own one "yet" but looking at the design..... can't you simply unscrew the damper from the riser, remover the rubber bumper, cut about an 1/8" from the tube, replace the rubber bumper and reinstall it to the riser? Seems like an easy fix but I'm just speculating since I've not had one in...
