I've actually got a carbon fibre stock on order. Will be 250 grams lighter than the factory stock. It however takes the same mag setup. I'll hunt around and try and find some after market version that might work.

Yes i tend to agree. I tried the 210 gr LRAB yesterday and they were pretty average. Loaded some 200 eldx's today. The berger calculator suggests the 208/210/215's will only be marginally stabilised.

What powder and how much are you using? With the 195 TMK I got up to 83 gr of H1000 with no pressure. Max case capacity though.

Thanks for the replies guys. Hunting altitude varies here from sea level to a max of about 5000 ft. On average maybe 3000?

I don't think you can get Hammer bullets in New Zealand, but Barnes are plentiful
