If you have a sonic cleaner ,run the brass in it first for about one hour .Then put your brass in the tumbler with the SS pins and they will only need one hour max of tumbling to be better than new looking .Arnie

I put a couple of those copper plated steel cases in with a bunch of my brass and the copper stained some of my brass to a copper color but just in certain aeas of the brass.Arnie

If you want to cut the tumbling time way down ,run your brass through the heated sonic cleaner first for about 30 minutes or more.That turns the fouling to a soft mush like stuff and then tumble for 30 to 60 minutes .Arnie

I ran across this sight looking for a certain scope on google . I mostly shoot Black powder Cartridge rifles at slihouette matches and old military bolt rifles also at matches .Not much time for hunting but do own a 6mm Reminton BR rifle and a Savage 223 varmint rifle . Arnie
