Yes...they provide great customer support...! Last time I called direct to Gary Stafford at Oehler Research, Inc. (512) 327-6900 - he was very knowledgeable about the 35P and answered all of my historical and technical questions...!

I just picked up three NIB Ink Rollers for my 35P Printer on Ebay for about $12. There are many different name brands and model numbers - just have to be sure it is compatible - my Oehler manual used the replacement model # PR-40 - not sure difference with NP-40 - but that's how I found mine...!
