I thought factory crimp ring too, then after firing it flows and looks the way it does?

Did Winchester crimp primers on oddball/lever action brass?
Once fired no ring
Someone told me this odd primer mark is signature for Model 71 lever actions w 348 having so much taper there is lots of bolt thrust.
The top rounds in box, are clear face
The bottom rounds (all others) have marks
Not sure how many times reloaded maybe 4x max. If I had to guess. Need too keep better record of that.
Look at bottom left fired brass, mark is not concentric.
I was admiring some of my 348 loaded ammo and once fired and noticed these rings on the brass face 😧
Not sure what I got going on here
Got a few different lots of factory ammo and no signs of the rings, faces are clear

Aluminum actions are a worry for years...
The EEZOX looks cool w great reviews.
I haven't tried any dry lube products, but they are certainly interesting to keep from accumulating dust, dirt, grime, and still maintain a barrier from corrosion.
I usually grab BREAK FREE CLR but like many oils it attracts dust and lint and you name it.
I'm a little nervous as to how I will be trimming my "hard as steel" access away at the end of the project.
I'm not going to set it up in the Bridgeport mill.
Maybe I can make a straight wall w the plumbers putty?
A FORM if you will
I know a dremel freehand is unlikely to come out straight
I...
I was able to forcefully peel that marinetex out w a flathead screwdriver like it was a bad calus.
I reckon nothing holding my rifle together is allowed to be so lame.
This time around I am going to use DEVCON PLASTIC STEEL SYRINGE #62345
