180 grn berger vld out of my 7mm dakota: ELK> 505yds, 400yds. ORYX 275yds, Bighorn Sheep 350yds. ALL pass thru. Really like the performance on game.

Craigf, I had a 7mm dakota built by Kevin Cram of Montour county rifles. Very happy with it. Shooting 180vlds at 3050. The gun killed two bulls this year.

just made a mistake and posted the gun below on gun parts etc. its a 300 stainless with a brake put on from a local gunsmith.

Well after many years of trying I finally drew a unit 34 New Mexico rifle tag. I plan on doing the hunt diy and any help on where to look or past experiences would be appreciated. Thanks, please pm me.
