    Leupold Scope Warranty Service

It is worth buying from a company THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO A REPAIR. Most throw the return in the trash and then offer a rebated credit calculated at a "used" worth.

    9.3x62 Does anyone shoot it?

I think you mean RETINAL separation.

Best current stock replacement for Tikka T3x

I don't have a Tikka, I have Sako's. That said, I think the BEST custom hunting rifle setup comes from ALLTERRA ARMS. They make a carbon fiber replacement stock for TIKKA. If I had a Tikka and wanted a replacement stock I would definitely check out their offering. Allterra arms does it right.

    300PRC Questions

I have a no turn 300PRC/ Sako 85/ 1:9 with a reverse? double taper Walther ss barrel, low suffer. It is braked. The long magazine allows me to shoot A-Tip 230 grain high bc bullets. For seating bullets out to where they "should " be you need just under a 4 inch mag, longer than what 338 laupua...

    30-284 part deux.... and another?

The shehane with a 40 is an ACKLEY. This is an insignificant change from standard 35.... BUT now you need a wildcat new go gauge, $$$ instead of regular..... So difference is neck length...for me I don't think that it is of any benefit except in one's own mind.

    30-284?

Do the Shehane and get 3.3 more grains of powder, about 100 fps.

    30-284 part deux.... and another?

The difference between 35 and a 40 degree shoulder is insignificant. Go with regular shoulder and use same head space gauge. As far as using 6.5WbyRPM brass --- what I have--- New--- needs to be annealed just to do a regular sizing-- it splits and cracks very easily. IDK if it could be...

    30-284?

See my reply. I'm doing 30-.284 Shehane. Going to use 7.5x55 Swiss brass to avoid related rim and any feeding issues in my Swedish Mauser action.

    30-284?

I'm doing one but with the Shehane (1/2 of a AI) sidewall blow out. Still use regular headspace gauge. From 35 to 40 degree shoulder is not worth bothering with. I'm going to use 7.5x55 Swiss brass that has a regular rim so it will feed easy in my Swedish Mauser action.

    Gratuity/Tips for guided hunting

Not arguing with you, not badgering you, who don't have to reply, it's a general DISSCUSSION . You do what ever you want, it's supposed to be America. Yeah cooking for a group and having it available all day is different than just doing dinner at at resturant, 8 hrs vs 12-16. Being available...

    Gratuity/Tips for guided hunting

IDK why it takes 2 people to cook for one person. If you are in a group and you all Still seem like too much. Cooking is just not that hard. Why 2 staff? If I recall there were only 2 of you on the hunt? If I go to a fancy restaurant and there are servers, dish washers, maitre d, a real CHEF...
