Well, I decided to stick with a 24” barrel. The main reason I’m getting a new barrel is because it currently has a 1:12 twist and I want to go to longer/heavier bullets for hunting. I always have an extra pair of socks in my pack, just in case. I’ve used that as a small rear bag, or stick the socks into a beanie to add a little size.
