which factory 338 lapua under 2k?

I found my stash of 338 Lapua brass and bullets I squirreled away. Wondering how a Savage 338 110 Precision rifle would compare to a Christensen Mesa in 338LM? COAL limits, chamber tightness etc? I remember a few years ago my old Savage would pressure out early compared to loads others had and I never found the accuracy node I wanted with it.

LGS has a ELR version at 2099, but it has a carbon fiber barrel, does that barrel still have issues with groups opening up more then with the regular steel barrel?
