what\'s the difference other then the knobs?

Can anyone tell me the difference between these 2 scopes?

Vari-X III 6.5-20x50mm Long Range Target

Vari-X III 6.5-20x50mm Long Range M1

it looks like they both have the same features. The M1 has different knobs but other then that I couldn't find anything. Does one have more MOA adjustment? Is the M1 more expensive? I know DC shoots the Long Range Target Model. Whats the deal with the knobs on the LRT? Are those covers on the knobs or do they come off? Reason I ask is because I couldn't see any marks on the LRT on the website.

Cheers

They are the actual knobs on the M1. The covers come off of the Target model to expose smaller target/BR style knobs. The M1 knobs are alot bigger and are offered on the "Tactical" line of scopes only. I have both and much prefer the M1 style.
Also, the 6.5-20x50 M1 is only offered with the Mil-Dot reticle.
