does any body know if theres a good gun smith that works on this action and if not why wont any body work on them

I just put together a walking varmint/truck gun on a Howa 1500, which is the same action. They are my new favorite cheap action. Why someone wouldn't work on one I'm not sure. The barrel is tightened on a by a couple gorillas with cheater pipes and the threads are metric, but that's easy enough to deal with.
